To secure your event, please complete the "Book Us" form, sign the contract, and submit your $150 deposit.

Please note that event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis and are not considered confirmed until both the deposit and contract are received.

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. If the balance is not received or the event is not rescheduled by this deadline, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Please note, if payment is not made by the 2 weeks mark, we may not be able to accommodate custom favor requests or will need to apply a rush fee.

    We want to ensure everything looks amazing! Setup time ranges from 2 to 4 hours depending on the add-on selections, number of guests and the onsite setup location.

    Yes! Custom themes are available for an additional fee which depends on number of guests and type of theme being requested. Contact Us so we can discuss your request.

    Yes, boys also enjoy sleepovers! Some examples of what we offer are Gamer, Sports and movie inspired themes. We also love customizing new themes and invite you to Contact Us so we can bring your vision to life.

    We ask that you have the event area clean and ready for us to transform into the best sleepover space ever! It is best when there is as little furniture as possible. We also ask that pets are put away for our safety and protection of the equipment.

    A refundable damage deposit of $100 is required with final payment 2 weeks before the event. After inventorying and inspecting rental equipment, any damage costs will be deducted, and the remaining deposit will be refunded. If damages occur, an itemized list of charges will be provided.

    The delivery/pick up next day fee is $99 within a 35 mile radius. Extra mileage and toll fees will apply, if applicable.

    Deposits are non-refundable but your event can be rescheduled to another date within one year of the originally scheduled party date.

    All tents, beds, trays, name signs, bedding, lights, pillows, props and themed décor are property of N’TENTional Slumber Parties however any personalized items such as masks and cups are keepsakes for you and your guests to keep.
